Wear Your Red Shoes In Support
The seventh annual AIDS Walk St. Petersburg will be held on Saturday, September 10th, 2011. This 5k walk begins and ends at North Shore Park in beautiful downtown St. Pete. Registration commences at 8:00AM with the Walk starting at 10:00AM. AIDS Walk St. Petersburg will benefit the clients of AIDS Service Association of Pinellas (ASAP). This year we also ask that people wear their red sneakers to the Walk as a way to remember those who we have loved, lost and are living with HIV/AIDS. 100% of money raised will remain in Pinellas County serving clients infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. Last year, over 2000 participants raised $117,000 for the clients of ASAP. Our goal this year is to pass the $125,000 mark.
